Shipping Policy

We work hard to ship all orders as quickly as possible. While our standard handling time is up to 4 business days, most orders ship the same day or the next day whenever possible.

Shipping Methods and Times

We primarily use USPS for shipping, though we may use other carriers such as UPS or FedEx when necessary. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order leaves our facility. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen events.

Shipping Costs

Orders weighing 1 pound or under: $5 flat rate
Orders over 1 pound: $8 flat rate
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. When available, these promotions will be clearly displayed on our website and applied automatically at checkout if your order qualifies.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States only and do not offer international shipping at this time.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us. We will work with the carrier and with you to find the best resolution.
